Seasonal Courses are our main focus, but we will be as flexible as possible while listening to your wishes. Please feel free to consult with us.

We are a small restaurant with one cook. Our restaurant can accommodate from 2 to 20 people. We accept 1 to 3 groups per day by reservation only, so making early reservations is recommended.

Starting with a basket appetizer with a bright array of about 15 different kinds of foods, guests can enjoy seasonal ingredients such as sashimi, grilled fish, and other seasonal dishes.
Also, please feel free to consult with us if you do not like raw fish or want to eat more meat dishes, as we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Warm Atmosphere


Because we are a small and dedicated restaurant, we are able to respond flexibly to your needs.

Since the walls within our restaurant are movable, we can arrange the seating according to the number of guests. For those with small children, we have carpets in some parts of the room for them to play on, and cots for infants to sleep on.

Our Chef: Yasunori Okamura


Our chef has been interested in cooking since he was a child. During a summer vacation in his school days, he had an opportunity to experience an apprenticeship at a sushi restaurant. This experience attracted him to the depth of Japanese cuisine and he decided to dedicate his life to become a craftsman to "master" this art.


He trained at that sushi restaurant for 16 years and also gained experience at several resort hotels in the vicinity of Sapporo. Later, he worked at Misanso at the Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa, where he experienced the style of Kyoto and deepened his knowledge of Japanese cuisine. In December 2009, he opened "Seppou" (meaning Snowy Peaks) in Sapporo. He has been in Sapporo ever since.
